Circle of Peace is offering a new program called "Team Building for Business". The "Team Building for Business" program offers team building sessions that can accommodate up to 30 members (per session) of your staff. Through participating in a drum circle, your staff will develop the skills they need to be successful members of your company's team.

**NO MUSICAL TRAINING IS REQUIRED.**
The only prerequisite for participation in the drum circle is the ability to speak the English language. World Music Drumming is effective because it uses language as the means to accomplish learning rhythms. Through this activity, your staff will improve their listening skills and ability to function effectively in a group setting. At times each team member will be a leader and at other times team members will be followers.

By the end of one dynamic session, your staff will have improved listening skills, improved focusing skills and the ability to work together as an effective team.

The "Team Building for Business" program is designed to give immediate benefits to your company and to provide funding to Circle of Peace for six weeks of programming for at-risk inner city youth in the community. In addition, the cost of providing the "Team Building for Business" program for your employees is tax deductible.
